This notice explains what information the service uses, why it uses it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Free calculator
The free calculator does not permanently save your financial answers. Your salary, expenses, remittances, savings, and debt stay in the page while you use it.
Your browser may remember non-financial settings such as your selected salary currency and a short-lived exchange-rate cache so the calculator works more smoothly.
Your financial answers are not intentionally sent to advertising or analytics services.
When you unlock the paid plan
To process and provide paid access, Kailan Uwi? may store your access email; the financial answers needed to calculate and save your Uwi Plan; your selected currency, exchange rate, calculation version, and Uwi Date; order, payment, proof, and verification records; your saved plan and changes; Terms acceptance records; and support records needed to resolve payment, access, refund, or data requests.
A GCash payment screenshot is stored privately when you submit proof. We keep payment evidence only as long as reasonably needed for verification, transaction records, disputes, refunds, audit, or accounting requirements.
Sign-in and security
Kailan Uwi? uses secure cookies to keep you signed in and to complete the email sign-in flow.
We never ask for your bank login, password, PIN, OTP, CVV, card number, or remittance-account password.
Advertising measurement
The public front page may use Meta/Facebook measurement to understand whether advertising brings visits to Kailan Uwi?.
We do not intentionally send your financial answers, Uwi Date, saved-plan contents, access email, order reference, or payment details to Meta as advertising event data. Advertising measurement is kept away from private customer pages.
Service providers
Kailan Uwi? relies on service providers to run the website, authentication, database, email, payment-proof storage, and traffic measurement. These may include Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend, Meta, and an exchange-rate provider.
An exchange-rate request does not need your personal financial information.
Kailan Uwi? does not sell your financial answers or saved-plan data.
How long information is kept
Free-calculator financial answers are not permanently stored.
Unpaid order drafts are kept long enough to reconcile possible payments and proof. After the 30-minute payment window, an abandoned draft may be deleted only after reconciliation and no earlier than the established 72-hour hold.
An active paid plan is kept while the service operates and your access remains active. If a verified deletion request is completed, account-bound planning data is deleted, while transaction, refund, consent, audit, or accounting records may be retained when still necessary.
Founder numbers remain part of the transaction history and are not reused.
Your choices and requests
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion where applicable, or a copy of your account data by contacting support@kailanuwi.com.
These requests are handled manually in the MVP. We may ask for enough order, email, or payment information to confirm that the request belongs to you. Government ID is not the default requirement.
We aim to acknowledge privacy, deletion, and data-copy requests within 3 business days.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes in a meaningful way, we publish a new version. Earlier versions remain retrievable for the records that relied on them.
