Purchase and Payment Terms

These terms cover buying access to Kailan Uwi?. They are separate from the Terms of Use accepted by the person who will use the Uwi Plan.

What you are buying

You are buying one-time access to the paid Uwi Plan, a planning tool that estimates when you may be able to come home based on the numbers you provide.

The Uwi Date is a planning estimate, not financial advice, a guarantee, or a promise of a specific outcome.

There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Price

Founding 20: ₱299 one-time.
Regular price: ₱499 one-time.

A payment session is valid for 30 minutes. If it expires before you pay, start a new session and the current price may be different.

If an active ₱299 session is paid on time, the ₱299 price is honored even if the Founder slots fill while the payment is being verified. Founder #1–#20 is based on the first 20 valid on-time payments by actual GCash payment time. Founder numbers are not reused.

Payment and verification

Payment is by GCash. Verification is manual.

A screenshot of the payment is required so we can verify the amount, payment time, and GCash reference number. Without proof, we cannot verify or activate access.

We aim to review submitted proof within 1 business day. If the proof is unclear, we may ask for one clearer replacement.

Kailan Uwi? will never ask for your bank login, password, PIN, OTP, CVV, card number, or remittance-account password.

If payment is made after the 30-minute session has expired, access is not automatically guaranteed. Late-payment handling is a support matter. A late payment never preserves Founding 20 status.

Where access goes

Paid access belongs to the access email entered for the Uwi Plan. The recipient signs in with that email and accepts the Terms of Use before opening the paid plan.

Please enter the correct access email. There is no self-service email-change flow in the MVP. For gifts, corrections, or recovery, contact support@kailanuwi.com.

Refund guarantee

There is a 3-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee starting from activation.

To request a refund, contact support@kailanuwi.com. Approved refunds are targeted within 3 business days, normally back through the same GCash channel. Access ends when the refund is completed. A Founder number remains used and is not reassigned. A later repurchase is at the price then available and does not restore Founder status.

Changes to these Terms

A meaningful change to these Purchase Terms gets a new version. The version accepted for an order remains part of that order's record.
